Just happened to notice something on the LOU Pledge banner on the left side of the screen. How many people recognize and have used the writing implement pictured?

It's a fountain pen, they have been pretty much history since the ballpoint pen came out. Bet they don't have ink wells in school desks anymore!

I used one in grade school. It always leaked in my pocket and I had to keep a bottle of ink in my desk for refills. The newfangled ball point pens were too expensive at the time.
