j plug

What is a j plug? How do you use them? I have used spin doctopr with a fly, and flasher and dipsy diver. I have been out three times and nothing. Will a j plug help me out?

Run them off of plainner boards, riggers, copper, dipsies or flat lined out the back of the boat. Troll them from 2.2 - 3.2 mph. They will dive some so don't put them too deep. This time of the year, j-plugs can out produce anything else in the water.
