Any rhyme or reason to warmer water browns?

Curious to see where you target browns during warmer temps. I'm seeing temps as high 64 degrees on the surface near shore. Do you move out to 30-50+ feet of water and troll near bottom during the summer or do you try to Target that 54degree water wherever in the column it may be? Don't really fish browns after mid May often so just trying to put the pieces together. Thanks!!!
