Lake Ontario

Brown trout fishing has been good on the big lake and they are being taken by trolling with stick baits or small spoons in 20 to 40 feet of water. Fishing off colored water, if you can find it, has been good. Some spring King Salmon and a few Cohoes are also being taken in a little deeper water than the Brown Trout. Lake Trout are being found in around 120 feet of water.
