Does 300ft of 30lb power pro as backer, 10 colors of 27lb suffix lead core and 50ft of 20lb trilene big game as leader work for you?

I replied but am having issues with the PM function. I am in Michigan so I would have to ship them and I am thinking about 75 plus 10 dollars shipping on a Penn 320 reel.
