Bought a fish hawk x4

So I bought a fish hawk x4 from a member here and cannot find the old PM's or ad. I ran it for the first time yesterday and every so often it would read 4.0 for temp. According to fish hawk the thermo resistor tubes are damaged and there's no fix... Hoping I can locate the gentleman who sold it and we can work something out. Please PM me ! Thanks

Temp at the probe or on the transducer? Can always get another probe. At least the x4 probe is cheaper than the x4d.

Yeah and contact fish hawk directly. Same thing happened to me just about and the replacement probe was cheaper directly through them
