134 hickory grove Dr. New Haven, ny. It’s on Zillow. It comes up as Oswego instead of New Haven

I haven't put it on Zillow. It is still available for sale.There is lake access via a walking path. I never had anyone research the lake rights. The deed says

 

"Together with all rights and benefits of use in common with other lot owners of rights of way, mooring rights and walks now existing on said Great Lots 12, 13 and 14."
