What do we know about these?

I bought a box full of old spoons that probably hasn't been open since the mid 80s.   These were made in Palmyra?  There is some other stuff in there that I have questions on.

Pine Valley weren’t widely popular, but they had there following among a few trollers. Evil Eye were, and still are, a great spoon that trolls towards the slower to mid range end of the spoon speed spectrum.
