I was in Pulneyville this morning and there is quite a mud line out there.  I was planning on going out tomorrow, i was wondering if fishing with planer boards for brown trout would be a good idea.  or is it to late?

depends on what temp the water is there.  60 degrees plus or minus a couple degrees and you should be good to go.

They might not be right on shore, but I have to imagine browns should be inside of 40-50 fow this time of year. Worth a shot. I might do the same tomorrow

If the mudline is still present and with these crazy winds and mixed up water temps I'd be trolling to just the outside of the mudline and in and out of the edge with the lures running dowwn toward bottom for the browns especially if the sun is up bright.
