I have 3 or 4 of them, but I have only used them several times. So, I cannot  help unfortunately. I forgot why I went back to dipseys and chinook divers, but I think it had to do with the rubber  tubing not holding the wire.....

Do you recall if you used them as planers. I am trying to determine my I was not able to run wider than a dipsy.

Did you determine if changing the weigh change the performance in a equal amount. Example 1/2 the weigh half the performance or 2x the weigh 2x the performance.

I did use the planer Gizmo they came with. I think the planet part worked ok, bit the diver part seemed a little small, the thing did not seem to dive as much as say a Chinook diver. I hate to day too much because I don't think I gave them enough of a try.

I am going to buy two more Bud's divers. If you would like to sell yours let me know.

Good luck, I agree. I am beginning to think the hookups are first when it trails further back.

I will connect my fish hawk td to the buds diver and work up an actual dive depth chart for us using wire line, next Time out. I'm going to do the same for my light bite slide diver, which I really do like.
