Had 'em today out of Pultneyville.  Not bad yet.

Was out Sunday morning fleas are just starting. Ran for hour at time with not a releases could still reel in line with no problem and just flick fleas off. With 10lb test. Surface temp 66degrees.

I Was at north end.

Just starting to see them.  The past few years when the surface temp hits around 70 they get bad... could be next week.

fished Canandaigua yesterday with no luck and the fleas were terrible. was using see flee and it was the first time for me that it did not seem to help.

Was fine down by taughannock this week but will probably get bad since wt was around 65 as of thursday

I fished near Taughannock a few times this week, and it's been pretty ok until yesterday all of a sudden, fleas.  Not too bad, but more and more rapidly each day now in this heat wave.  I'm putting thicker line on before I go out again.

Fished 6/30 and they were pretty bad. Not unfishable but certainly annoying

I'm on cayuga now fishing with wire rod Steph green and a downrigger rod with 30 lb mono with a 15 pound leader , fleas are not too bad sticking to mono more than the braids and The Wire

Ran 40lb test ande clear yesterday on Cayuga,no fleas.....

   been thinking about that for my rigger rods I use for dodger/flasher/spindoctors  hold up the whole season ???? 30# pink usta do it but not for years now
