Fishing remains hot. Catught 7 land locks . Only 2 keepers . Lakers OMG tons they came in 2 at a time. All spoon bite but 1 . The biggest fish of the day was a Laker hit a pro troll and fly . I fished 90 to 300 fow lot of the fish are high ,30 to 60 but can find fish deep also . The fleas to me weren't that bad didn't have to stop to clean fleas to land fish . Did ball up the swivels,.

Yeah my charter trip today landed over 20 fish in 5 hours missed or lost 10 or more lake is rocking

I guess I should have followed you this morning.  Went North out of Dean's and from 6-7  could not find fish anywhere from 120-250.  Scooted over South of Long Point and still few marks, even checked the middle in case thermocline setting up but nothing much.  Came back across just North of Thirsty Owl and found some fish mostly in 160-180 fow but only the short salmon were interested.  By far the slowest morning I've had this month.  Just Wednesday North of Dean's was really active with mostly Lakers in 170-200 fow at 50-70 down but they vanished in 4 days.

Won't be able to get out for a couple weeks now so hope you all keep finding them.  👍  I'll be reading to pick up some tips for mid-July! 😉

Sunday ....finish up with 15  lake trout and a few short  LL and a rain bow for the grill . we trolled north out of deans  with the same results as Reel Doc only had 2 fish boated by 7 30 am. i put the TD fish hawk down on the rigger to 100 ft and was surprise to find temp was warm down to 70 fow  when yesterday was cold after 40 fow . so we went to the east side to a few way points looking some big lakers but they seem to have no fish on them . kept trolling south  to long point and and started marking fish but no takers decided to turn north put the kicker on a low rpm and let the waves do the work . in 140 to 150 fow Game on L L , bows , lake trout all the way to the first point by Aurora . cowbells and spin glows with MI spoons on rig rods did a number on the fish after 9 30 . we called it a day at 11 30 and i was amazed how well be did in 2 hrs

Was are biggest fish today was 9.5 lbs . He ate the spoon and not going to make it , so got filleted out .

I am a bit disappointed in the lack of spoon and stick collection Brian No wonder nobody can find anything in the stores anymore they are on your boat You may have accidentally exposed some of your secet weapons too....
