dipsey diver rod

 looking for a good medium price dipey dive rod. What length and brane everyone use? Twille tip? going to use 19 stran torpeto wire.

I run Eagle Claw Starfire 10'. I have 2 with Twilli Tips with wire and 2 braid. I don't think you can beat them for the money.

I'm using 9' MH Daiwa Wilderness rods with twilli tips... works great. $20 rods. I'm using 7 strand wire, I dont know if you need a twilli tip for 19 strand wire?

Has anyone used the dipsy rods that come with the roller tips?  Like Okuma makes.   Do you like them better than twill tips?

I use the Daiwa roller rods and love them!!! I have a pair of gander roller rods I will be selling very very soon!!! Worth their price if you are running wire divers!!!

Have 7 roller rods 4 for wire dipsys (2) 6 1/2 ft and (2) 8 1/2 ft) and 3 for Seth Green rigs and love every one of them. Oh! and another 5 Seth Greens.....almost forgot about them
