Size limits on Cayuga

Why did I think Lakers and Landlocks had to be 21" to keep on Cayuga? Somewhere I swear I saw this in the regs! The other day a buddy was out with me and he had a fit when I tossed back a bunch of each brand that were between 18-21", today he brought up the DEC book and it says 15" for lakers and 18" for landlocks, am I having a blond moment here or what?

yea, blonde moment.... the total of 5 allows a combination of no more than 3 of LLS or LT
