Oswego 08/03 - great day

Amazing day of fishing yesterday. Best was NW of wrights. Picked up between 275 and 550 fow. FF off wire dipseys 190 ft out and j plugs caught the most and biggest. Spoon bite was terrible, only had 1 on spoon all day. Best water was 375 and we were hitting all high teens. Dark green seemed better than bright green. Didn't do anything on copper or leadcore. Overall went 9 for 16 but the size was consistent and big

Nice job! I saw you guys launching.

I had a strange day. Lots of bites on meat rigs but bunch of dumped fish, a wrapped up fish that took forever to get in and more tangles than I’ve had combined over the last couple years.

Gonna have to be a little more careful the next time I run meat rigs by myself but there’s some nice fish out there.

 Interesting...I fished Oswego all three days starting Friday NW of the chute in 500-650 row. Our was a spoon bite mainly. Temp was 85' down.
