I know its a shallow launch and havent been there in about a month. Is it still deep enough to launch a 16ft boat?

Probably just fine. Especially since we have had a good amount of rain in the last couple of weeks.

Any word on the casting bite? Trying to land my first. 20 hours of fishing so far with only follows

Won't have to worry about low water now. After Tuesday's rain the county has issued a boating advisory due to debris in the lake. Maybe even docks floating. I can only imagine what the water clarity is like.
