gasoline fuel lines

has any one had a problem with running 2 different fuel lines out of a water seperator to 1 main motor and 1 trolling motor ?

Thats what I did and I don't have any problems at all. When I put my kicker on I replaced the water seperator with one from Mercury that has one in and 2 outs. Going on the sixth season next spring.
