This lure is called Shoehorn

IMO it is a TOM MAC from the west coast from the 1980s  ; never did much for me but I have that colour !

It was only about 2" long and heavy like a casting spoon. I have a couple shoe horns, this one seems different. There wasnt any writing on the box or sticker on back.

Tuffishooker has it-Tom Mack spoon.  West Coast commercial spoon which explains packaging as they sell them by the dozen. Likely was made before Luhr Jensen was sold.  Commercial suppliers still offer Tom Mack spoons.
