Antsy here as well. Heard they sre trickling into the Salmon River with a few catches here and there. Im guessing there might be a few stragglers staging off Olcott? Debating wether or not to try off the Olcott piers in the early morning just to relieve the itch.

When the colder nights turn the tributaries down to 45 degrees, the runs will begin.

My guess is the runs over when it reach lower 45 degrees in the tribs. That’s cold. November time frame

From my understanding its just the king/ coho run thats over at that time, people are fishing steelhead almost all winter long.
