Fishfinder advise

Looking for advise on a new fish finder for.around 500 bucks. Any input apritiated I've always used hummingbird but not afraid to try something different. Just wondering what every one is using. Thanks

Thanks Yankee for offering to help install. Im good with doing that. Just want to get the best I can for the money. Im stuck with either the hummingbird or the Garmin. Both with 7 inch screens.

All manufacturers have their positive features, I made the switch to Garmin last year and couldn't be happier especially now that they've bought Navionics. Looking forward to the changes in the LakeVu chip.
