How are you supposed go from boat to boat? Just cut rigger cable every day?! Is it similar to a ball retrieve with 4 screws? More details on transducer please

Here is the new video just made showing how the Slideducer is installed on the rigger cable with no cutting required.  The data cord plugs into the back of the display.  The display should be anchored.

Please show the proper way to install the probe and it’s attachment to the down rigger ball , using a X2 unit, instructions talk about using “ snubbers” to connect, but I can’t see it on any of the videos on line , thanks Keith

I believe the snubbers are the replacement for the old break away cable piece which both are accessories.  Using a small weight I would't think you would need a snubber to attach to like a rigger ball and the X4.  The attachment has a slot in it to slide the cable in it so it rides up and down on the cable with no resistance and it stays just below the surface.
