How is everyone doing with cold weather outings so far ? I haven't been out much. Had a skunk last week. Seems Onondaga was in the midst of turnover. Water was quite cloudy, temps were 55.

But the boat up this wk. However I'm highly surprised that it's turning over. Both Conesus and Chautauqua turned over some time back.

I was at chq closing camp and fishing the last several days. Id say it was turning over or just did while we were there. Saw temps as high as 55 a few days ago. 49 north this morning. Caught some fish casting and trolling this trip. Nothing huge...biggest was 44”. Dad got a nice 51” when were up the weekend of the 13th though.

I could be way off, still learning this stuff. I was going off water temp at 55 and water much murkier than typical

Thanks guys. Nice fish everybody. Good action for PA Pete. I think i fished that lake once a long time ago. Id like to try it again but the drive sucks for me.
