Don’t know the answer to that. Would think you would want them all to be similar color phase. Maybe 6-8?

This guy took us on quite a run around 4 hours worth. Even switched up hounds half way through, I had 6 sighting before the killing shot .

Very nice you Bill! We had great running yesterday the small light colored yote we ran from one end of town to the other late in the day before she bayed in the blow down. The big male I shot 20 yards in front of my 2 female hounds nose. What a blast!

I would keep any future possible extraction operations private.  There are techniques, but not the kinda thing the average person would want to do though you would enjoy watching it...and not legal as far as I know...when New York state had a bounty on coyotes houndsmen never left them if the dogs holed them.  Piece of old barbed wire is all you need.  Real problem is when the dog goes down the hole after it!
