this new stand has been incredible so far this year. i havent dabbled much in filming hunts but i told myself that i need to at least start bringing the camera. obviously these videos are raw and uncut (now i have to learn video editing).

yeah andy its just a normal canon camcorder. im not sure about cold weather but i do try to avoid extreme conditions.

unfortunately i have only seen a couple of the smaller bucks i have on film and i havent seen any of the big guys yet.

Judging by the spot you have there, I'm sure it won't be too long before they show up in daylight. It's usually a week later around here for me than down in Wyoming Co. Last weekend there were a couple of mature does being chased hard by the bigger bucks so this weekend and next week ought to be heating up around here.
