Found it. It is Lansing Park located on Meyers Point.

If possible I'd like Cayuga Lake State Park but I'll go with the flow.

I'll be coming from outside of Utica on I-90, but like I say I'll go along with whatever the majority votes for. Thanks for the updates and helping to set all this up.

I am for Long point because it is only about 3-4 miles by boat from my dock. I can pull the boat and trailer just about anywhere on the east side and boat across the lake if I need to. Whatever is easier for the majority.

hope its not SHELDRAKE thats where i want to fish was thinking of launching at deans cove anyone familure with condition of ramp ..thanks P.S. Stinger i clicked on that link arrow for 2 hours and nothing happens ill keep tring im afraid one of us has a problem :?

Ray, yesterday I was told that Deans' was open. I'm not sure but it seems likely to be true.

The launch at Taughannock has been open, and there is zero ice in the marina. Getting the boat off the trailer has been tricky and I know one guy with a larger boat couldn't do it.

What with this rain it probably doesn't matter anymore I'm sure the lake is coming up fast. The creeks sure let go I had a heck of a time negotiating icebergs and logs yesterday.
