Its about a 3.5 hr trip for me and the weather don't look great but we are headed north for sure. hope to meet some of you guys there.

First week in December I was getting ready to do the schedule for January, said to my son I'll take Friday- Sunday for the expo and that way we can plan  on snow. Perfect.

I'll be there Friday pm with my son. His 5th Bday is Sunday so I'm sure he will get some presents from the show. If you see him, and you have seen my videos, don't be afraid to ask him if he's the kid that catches Kings on TV. He'd love that. Lol

Lol...yup. i have a hotel for fri and sat. But only because my wife was supposed to go. I wanted to bail on the one night I really wanted to avoid spending $ on 2 nights so i could waste it on more gear. Praying to the weather gods now.....

Coming in from CLE Fri AM, staying until Sun. If weather dictates I will stay Sun night until roads are safe to head back. I will bring a book and extra beer!

50/50 on bailing for the Salmon school.  Damn weather! That's the risk you take this time of year though.  I'll still be in if the weather will let me drive up Friday see the show and catch the salmon school until at least noon before I bail and can drive back.
