Anywhere near shore around the bay or the islands. I've caught them all over from time to time. I wouldn't say their is 1 perfect spot, but if I did, maybe near the islands.

Was wondering this myself. From my understanding is like fishing used to be amazing on Sodus. Would like to try this weekend. What depths should I place my tip ups in and with what for bait? Is it a waste to bother while out in perch depth or is it worth a try?
