Gene Eichas is still processing deer this year.

It just has to be skun and boned, because now he has a licensed sausage shop.

For this, he has worked out a deal with Rod Mank who will just skin and bone the deer and sometimes even deleiver it to Gene, and the Gene does ALL of the cutting himself. You can still get the sausage and everything you used to.

I believe that Rod charges 35 for the skinning and boning and then Gene does his own charge.

Rod- 964-8097 - you do not need an appointment, he's on 19 heading towards clarkson

Gene- 964-3453 - Give him a call and let him know your deer is at rods and what you want done.
