Update on my starweld issue

Well finally got a call from dealer that boat is back from factory. I guess as you guys said the squeaky wheel got the grease. It was supposed to be back 2 weeks ago . Finally showed up today

It’s a shame you have to **** to get some thing done, but time for some spring bite

Can’t wait. Going up in a couple weeks to get my rig from dealer to start getting it set back up for early April. I missed last year because I was setting it up 👍👍

Thanks whaler. Hopefully they got all the kinks out. I look forward t getting out on the lake again. Hoping the second weekend in April to get out on Lake O. Hopefully the weather turns soon

Heading up Saturday to pick my boat up finally. I havnt seen it since September. Dealer said he went completely through it to make sure all is rite. Let’s hope so. If the weather starts cooperating I will be out on it in 2 week for Browns. Come on Mother Nature

Before you take it from the dealer lot, make sure it starts and does all the things you want it to do. They may return it to you with a dead battery or some BS like that. That is not something you want to find out on the boat ramp.

I will dealer told me he charged both batteries this week and ran boat. I plan on spending this whole next week going through everything to make sure when I make the 3 hr trip lady O all is well

Hookedup, what was the cause of the problem did they ever say.

The factory put 8 screws through livewell and the rod gunnel caps weren’t braced rite so both deck lids on the sides started giving out. They ended up tearing the whole front floor out of boat and replacing the flooring . Not sure what they did for the sides of the boat but dealer said he stood on them and jumped up and down and no flex now

I will just be glad to have it back and have everything rite with it

Finally after 6 months she is back. Hopefully get her rerigged tomorrow Andy ready for next weekend 👍

Rolmops they are still ice fishing by me. Gonna be a while here local but heading to the big O in the next couple weekends 👍👍
