Been a while since I’ve changed my dipsey rods. Any recommendations on the glue to use to attach the twili tip on my new dipsey rods? Would super glue work? Thanks for everyone’s help with all my questions.

Gator has a good point. If you want it permanent without the opportunity for possible removal later on super glue is the way to go otherwise the hot glue method will attach it pretty good with the ability to remove later on by applying heat. If super glue is used you may have to saw off a portion of the tip if removal is required later on or the tip itself may be damaged in the process.

I just used the standard glue stick that comes in the cheap Rod tip repair kits that you can buy pretty much everywhere and that has helped up to the test of time pretty well and if I ever wanted to remove it just apply heat and & pull
