Browns from Shore

I have taken Browns trolling off shore but want to catch them from shore. Any recommendations on places to fish Browns from shore, techniques and tackle near Oswego? What is best time before they move deep?

I’ve seen people do well fishing the mouth of  9mile creek.. Last year on windy day we tried to get down there, but with private property signs and no parking signs we were scared off. I’d say people just park and walk down the stream ignoring signs ?

i like selkirk state park and mexico bay for shore fishing for browns. love the feel of the freight train hits. the only 2 places i have actually shore fished in that area . we usually fish there in april around the 3rd week.

we use krocodiles as out choice of lures 3/8 ounce to 3/4 ounce blue mackeral in the uv and rainbow color my favorite

Are there hook regulations at the mouth of the tribs?

Usually not until you get past the first bridge.
