Backing for leadcore

[Bad Habit]

 I'm looking for recommendations for what to use as backing for 10 color leadcore. Not sure what brand the leadcore is but I'm spooling it onto a Coldwater CW-453DS.

I use 30lb Power Pro.

I use power pro also for long lead lines. Mono for short lead because it is cheaper.

30lb braid is sufficient for 10 colors of lead. I splice in 50' of 40lb mono between the braid and leadcore so I have something to clip my planer board release to.

Been using 20lb Big game for years.  It's been good for me.    That 45 will hold a good amount.   I did try braid a few times when I had smaller reels and needed the line capacity.  You won't need that on the 45.   But the no stretch is definitely a plus.  I use swivel for all my connections.
