Keuka Ice Breaking Up

This ice is breaking up as I type. Lots of muddy water from the run off. The water level has gone up a foot since yesterday. Spring fishing will be starting soon!

I'm right across from the State Park boat launch if anyone wants to fish.

Just curious Kayakshoe, how was the icefishing at Keuka this year? I use to jig and chase tipups (20yrs. ago) across from the college in the Willow Grove area, the perch action could be unbelievable at times! Live a couple hours away, so it's always hit or miss guesstimating ice conditions there, unless it's an obvious frigid winter! Maybe next year...?
