That doesn't look like coated cable in the picture. Have you been able to run a Moor using regular downrigger cable? I didn't think that worked, but what do I know?

Looks to be torpedo speed and temp copper core stainless, along with the torpedo antenna.

That is correct...Torpedo speed and temp copper core stainless coated and corresponding antenna along with a spare paddle wheel, o ring and power cord.
