Fuel pump issues 2001 Volvo penta 5.7

Good morning everyone I'm just trying to get some input on my buddies boat asking anyone that owns an inboard if they have ever run across this problem So in the video the loud screaming noise is coming from the high pressure fuel pump has anyone ever experienced anything like this?

Try turning the key on and waiting for the beeps. Then do it again and start the engine.
