Ocean City MD Memorial Day weekend

We are heading to Ocean City MD on memorial Day weekend and wanted to do some pier fishing.  Anyone have any pointers, locations and set ups that are a must?  Thanks in advance!

Be a bit of a hassle with the Memorial Day traffic, but if you really want to "pier" fish drive up to Lewes DE and fish on the Cape Henlopen Fishing pier. Good catches of bluefish and some flounder off the pier now, who knows what will be around then.

 

If you stay in OC, fishing the inlet from the rocks can be good, surf fishing in Assateague is also fun. Captain Monty is a great captain, but books fast so would need to book ahead of time. Lots of inshore/back bay charters in OC too. And the offshore fleet will be going strong by then!
