Rod repair

Have a couple Diawa noodle rods that have wire guides toward the end of the rods . They have become badly grooved over many years of use .Wondering if anyone knows somebody who would be able to replace these with conventional eyes ? Near Rochester would be great. Thanks for any ideas .
