Mexico Bay area boat launches

I'm heading over on the 18th. Wondering what the boat launches in the Mexico Bay area are like. Are they open and usable?

Yes, I was just there on Tuesday and everything is fine with the Mexico State boat launch. I actually launched from Salmon Country marina and headed out...

Pine grove is also open but boots are needed to cross the walkway to the dock
