Diana seadline 60h and 400copper

Just loaded 400 copper onto this brand new reel.

Problem:

With drag tighten all the way down.. I can still pullout line and turn the spool. Maybe the line is still trying to tighten down and slipping?

Do i need to just take out on the boat let all out including most of backing and then reel it allback in?

Did you put tape on the spool and then tie your backing to the spool?? If not, then your backing is slipping on the spool. Let it out all the way, take a piece of electrical tape and tape it to the spool and then wind it back on, problem solved.
