Ok, boat is back for sale. Asking $4,000. I want to be clear and honest I had the boat for sale and had a deal but the buyer backed out after giving me a deposit. He was worried about the previous reverse issue (boat was not going into reverse but worked perfect forward). 

 

I decided instead of people wondering if there was a major issue I would have the boat fixed. Turns out it was a simple cable adjustment like I suspected. The boat runs perfect and test rides are available.

Comes with 4 cannon electric downriggers with auto stop. 

Also a lowrance fishfinder with gps. 

I redid the floors last year and they are brand new and solid. New carpet.

New fuel lines. 

Brand new seat. 

Ship to shore radio.

The trailer is not registered due to the previous owner having no title in hand. I spoke with a Pennsylvania enhanced inspection and they advised it is not hard to get a new homemade title.

I bought this boat in 2019 and sold it to someone from Ontario in 2021.  Was a good boat and great starter boat for great lakes and finger lakes.  Bug bit and had to upgrade.  Should have kept at and invested all the money I have spent since.  But my 25' fiberglass does not bob nearly as much in rough seas.

So I confused. Is the boat for sale? What does the comment about someone else selling the exact boat. So it's a scam?

Sorry maybe it's me. But I got an alert to these latest posts. And I more confused by comments posted. Has the actual seller even responded?

As it reads and I interpret it the boat was sold in 2019 to wrestlecoach-he then resold it because he decided to move up to a 25.  It has been four years now so it all seems legit.  The first poster should have closed this off.
