What bottom contour lake maps are people using on Cayuga, Ontario, Seneca, etc? I have the Lowrance 525 and the factory depth contour map is terrible for Cayuga, just got us into endless trouble till we stopped trusting it at all. There is no depth contours for Ontario on the factory map. I got the Navionics Platinum lake Map after talking to some guys from New Hampshire who used it on Cayuga on a Humminbird, and I am in the process of getting my units to run it. Has anyone else installed the Navionics Platinum lake map in the Lowrance, if not how do you troll structure?

I use Navionics Lake maps on my Hummingbird GPS/fish finder. Each SD card has various areas of the US. All the lake contours are on these maps, and some larger lakes have a "3D" option. B aught my map card @ the Basspro shop in Auburn. Check out their web site at www.navionics.com

crowbar point about 50 ft.off in distance or 20 ftw how ever you wanna look at it. the other one that sticks out is by the boy scout camp. this is a strange peice of water but the gps is all messed up there. set the riggers 40ft. and watch the booms for the bottom bounce/ run the chip on a lowrance color gps unit, not sure of the model # but it's a gps unit with no sonar, large screen, easy to see GOD BLESS rollie
