This Hand crank Rigger has unfortunately never seen any action, it is brand new out of the box. It is hand clutch controlled and has a 2 x 1 retrieve ratio. It comes as is with cable, line counter, and extendable boom. Willing to make a deal, please feel free to send a message if you are interested.
