Selling my 2000 9.9hp evinrude 4 stroke. It comes with throttle controls and an extra fuel pump. Fires right up but after hours of trolling (4+) it loses power like its starving for fuel. Last time it was used it ran for 9 hours. I don’t have time to deal with it as I have a new engine waiting to get put on my boat. Asking $650 OBO, if no reasonable offers in the next 2 weeks I will be parting out the engine.
