I have for sale a 1979 9.9 Electric start Long shaft 2stroke Johnson outboard with a metal fuel tank. Compression on each cylinder is 118 psi. Fuel pump was replaced last year. Carburetor has been serviced this spring.  I can deliver within reason but you had best come and see. Cash only.

Yes it has a charging system and tiller. It also comes with an original 1979 service manual

Thanks! It's what I'm looking for, for my 16ft row boat. I would need to buy a mini jacker plate though, because my transom is only 15". Where are you located?
