Town of Seward has a accessible small tributary on the opposite side of the bay from town. You can wade out into the water and cast vibrax spinners (orange treble dressing) or Cleos for pinks and silvers. Go down in the evening. All along the coast the tribs are loaded with salmon, dolly varden and grayling. Don’t fish the tribs near towns. Park you car and hike upstream to find water to yourself. Gear to bring is a spinning rod for hucking lures, a fly rod, streamers, egg patterns, and dry flies for grayling and white fish. You can catch Sole off the mouths of tribs by fishing skein chunks on bottom rigs. Make sure you check regs. Every stream has individual regs. Some are closed.

Ninilchik charter's I have used in the past. Hunted and fished out of Homer and the kenai river with them . They do float trips from Seward. Great people and reasonable rates. Stayed in there cottages a couple of times as well that was a real bargain and great resterant near buy . Bring your rain coat!
