Fuel tank question

Happy Father’s Day gentlemen. I finally put a kicker on my boat. I planned on running a new line to the main tank but the 3 gallon tank it came with fits nicely under the rear seat in the bilge. you guys think that’s ok or am I taking chances with fumes/fire hazard? Thanks

Your better off tying Into the mail tank just make sure to use a good brass fuel valve
