First time at Little Sodus

Headed to Little Sodus later next week for a few days. I've never been there so I could use some directions on which way to go when entering the main lake. Also the recommended depth to start.

I'm trying to decide why no one answered my inquiry. These are the reasons I came up with.

1. Nobody fishes from this port.

2. Fishing is so good that nobody wants to let the word out.( Just like I wouldn't tell even my buddies where I saw the massive buck.)

3. Because of the high water levels few people are fishing this year.

 

I'm going anyway whether I get advice or not.

I've been fishing Fairhaven,  had a ok day last week.  120 ft.  50 to 65 down.  Spoons mixed.  Temps are changing fish are scattered.  Where I fished Tuesday, clear beautiful water.  Went back Thursday,  same area. Green soup. 50 down 60 degrees.  Little bait. Few fish.  Like I said it's changing .

Went tonight. Marked very few fish, cold water in close. No takers.
