Where to start?oak orchard

Hey all,I’m heading out of the oak again this afternoon and am looking for some depth advice on browns and King’s recently.still have to muster up the money for down temp n speed..last couple trips were pretty lackluster..thanks!

Current has been a issue at the Oak for weeks now so downspeed is gonna be a problem for you without a fishhawk/depthraider/moor. Browns have been a bit more solid to work on than Kings of late. That being the case you are looking for a place where the T-cline meets the bottom , preferably with some structure. I had 48.6 only down 50' on Saturday and it stayed that way in pretty far.

Went east on monday from 80ft out to 250ft and temp got warmer out deeper. We caught nothing, mainly stayed 140 to 240ft east of oak. Cold inside waters. Should have followed that yankee guy! Lol

Thanks guys ended up with two teen kings both at 160fow. One on the rigger at 50 the other on wire dipsey back 150.both on purple/black patterns
