I was wondering if successful anglers on here pull all the gear and motor at high speed to change locations. For example if you try shallow to no avail, and decide to go offshore, do you just troll North, or do you pull Gear and motor out? I usually just troll out or in, but it takes a long time.

I pull and go but that's just me

If it's  that bad in I will pick up and go out to 350 or so or untill I see greener water and drop and head north .

If the lake flipped I go north till I hit 60 deg and head north .

Maybe I'm passing over fish but that's the chance you take .

I also feel it gives you a fresh start .

Thanks sometimes I think I waste a good hour or more getting from 100 to 350. Of course we could hit fish at 200, but still think if they are offshore you have to be at least 300. I have been told by some they don't even drop a line until they cruise around and find bait.
