Gambler, just curious about that big 36" pike. I know you were talking about the fungus on it, but I'm curious about the red, blood streaks on it. Are those from bringing it on the ice and it bleeding, or are those hemorage streaks under the skin?? Just curious, cause the fish looks as if it has VHS.

Nice going though, that is a very nice fish. It's been a long time for me since I put a pike on the ice over 30 inches.

That is were the fungus was on the pike. There is also some on the head above the one eye. The fungus was falling off and healing (the other side looked a little better). The fungus looked like the fungus on the trib browns in the fall.
